1.Returnable Products and Exceptions
Our product return service is designed to provide our customers the best shopping experience. If the product the customer received did not reach your expectation or has quality issue, please feel free to contact our customer service at lnshopify@mepurelab.com by submitting a ticket to request for an Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and a return service specialist will review your request.

How to Start Your Return
For all returns, the customer must contact us to obtain RMA number within 10 business days upon receipt of shipment. We consider receipt of shipment based on UPS delivered date.
Return request without an RMA number will be rejected.
All products must be received within 15 business days after an RMA number was issued. All products must be unused and in new condition with the original packaging and accessories. Our customer service specialist will need to receive and inspect the returning products before a refund is given.
A 10% restocking fee will apply for returns due to customer’s reason.
We do not have exchange services. If the customer would like to purchase other products, please submit a new order.
If the returning product does not meet the Return Policy criteria of (an RMA number, unused, and in new condition with the original packaging and accessories), the customer will be given the option to have the product shipped back to him / her at their own expense and no refund will be given.

Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, for example, the customer ordered incorrect product, or the customer wants to return for no apparent reason, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to our reason, for example, we shipped the incorrect product or the product was damaged upon arrival, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Procedure
- Step 1:
Please send your return request to lnshopify@mepurelab.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2:
Our return service specialist will review the return request and will notify the customer of approval or denial (Return Policy) and instructions on how to proceed.

Step 3:
Please follow the instructions from our return service specialist and return the product, which must be unused and in new condition with all the original packaging and accessories. Also, an RMA number should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted and processed by our warehouse

Step 4:
Our return service specialist will inspect and process the customer’s return when the package is received. A 10% restocking fee will be applied, and a refund will be issued if the products are in the described condition in our Return Policy.
